These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phyata platform, including all casino games, sports betting, live tables, bingo rooms, and account services. Please read them carefully before registering or depositing.

Only persons aged 21 years or older may register and use the phyata platform. Age verification is mandatory under PAGCOR regulations. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended and balances withheld pending verification.
Each player may hold only one phyata account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and result in permanent suspension. All balances across duplicate accounts may be forfeited. Contact phyata support if you believe a duplicate exists.
Identity verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals above threshold amounts are processed. Philippine government-issued ID and selfie verification are required. This is a mandatory PAGCOR anti-money-laundering requirement.
All bonuses at phyata are subject to wagering requirements detailed in individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
phyata operates under a current PAGCOR license. These Terms are subject to and governed by PAGCOR regulations. Where PAGCOR requirements conflict with any provision of these Terms, PAGCOR requirements prevail.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts. Players waive any claim to jurisdiction in any other country or territory.
01 Definitions
The following terms have the meanings set out below throughout these Terms and Conditions:
- "Platform" — the phyata website, mobile-optimized web application, and all associated services accessible at phyata.club.
- "Account" — a registered user account on the phyata Platform.
- "Player Funds" — any funds deposited by a Player into their phyata Account balance.
- "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by phyata under specific promotion terms, subject to wagering requirements.
- "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
- "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification process required under PAGCOR anti-money-laundering regulations.
- "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing phyata's operations.
- "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal or in which phyata does not hold a valid licence to offer services.
- "Services" — all games, sports betting markets, live casino tables, bingo rooms, and other gaming activities available through the phyata Platform.
02 Acceptance of Terms
Access to and use of the phyata Platform is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms. You accept these Terms by:
- Clicking "I agree" or equivalent acceptance mechanism during registration;
- Completing the account registration process;
- Making any deposit or placing any wager on the phyata Platform;
- Accessing any feature of the phyata Platform after these Terms have been made available to you.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the phyata Platform. phyata reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
03 Eligibility & Age Verification
To be eligible to register and use phyata, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age;
- Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal;
- Not be a resident of any Prohibited Territory;
- Not be subject to a self-exclusion order with phyata or any PAGCOR-registered operator;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
- Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of phyata or any of its game providers.
phyata reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the required timeframe will result in account suspension. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process and is mandatory before withdrawals above threshold amounts are processed.
04 Account Registration
4.1 Single Account Policy
Each Player may register only one Account on the phyata Platform. Registration of multiple accounts, whether in the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phyata may use technical and administrative means to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all accounts held by the same Player may be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
4.2 Account Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. phyata is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by a Player.
4.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must notify phyata immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. phyata is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
4.4 Account Verification (KYC)
phyata is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money-laundering laws to verify the identity of all Players. You agree to submit, upon request, a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (SSS ID, UMID, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and any other documentation reasonably required. Processing of withdrawal requests above threshold amounts is contingent on completion of KYC verification.
05 Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Deposit Methods
phyata accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Bitcoin, subject to applicable minimum and maximum amounts published in the cashier section. phyata reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time. All deposited funds must be your own — use of third-party payment sources is prohibited.
5.2 Currency
The phyata Platform operates in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) for fiat transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. phyata is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal for crypto transactions.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- KYC verification must be complete for withdrawals above threshold amounts;
- Withdrawal must be made to a payment method previously used for deposit, where technically possible;
- Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before withdrawal of associated winnings;
- Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as published in the cashier section;
- phyata processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier section, subject to verification requirements.
5.4 Dormant Accounts
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. phyata may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱100 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, after providing written notice to the registered email address. Once the balance reaches zero, the Account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in.
06 Bonuses & Promotions
All promotions offered by phyata are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only, subject to promotion-specific eligibility criteria;
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in promotion terms before any withdrawal may be made;
- phyata reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice;
- Only one account per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address may claim any promotion unless otherwise stated;
- phyata reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where evidence of abuse, exploitation, or fraud is found;
- Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only unless promotion terms specify otherwise.
07 Game Rules & Fairness
7.1 Game Outcomes
All phyata casino games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, audited by accredited testing laboratories. The RNG is certified to produce statistically random outcomes. phyata does not manipulate game results, and no internal employee or agent has the ability to alter game outcomes.
7.2 Return to Player (RTP)
Published RTP figures for slot games represent the theoretical long-term return over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session returns. Short-term results may vary significantly from theoretical RTP values.
7.3 Malfunction Policy
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or disconnection during play, phyata reserves the right to void affected rounds and return all wagers placed during the affected period. phyata is not liable for losses caused by technical malfunction beyond what is required under PAGCOR dispute resolution guidelines.
7.4 Sports Betting
Sports betting markets at phyata are governed by specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. In the case of an event being cancelled, postponed, or otherwise unable to be determined under the rules, phyata reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes. Live betting odds are subject to change without notice.
08 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phyata Platform:
- Registering while under the age of 21 or while subject to a self-exclusion order;
- Registering multiple accounts or colluding with other Players;
- Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated means to interact with the Platform;
- Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage;
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
- Depositing funds originating from illegal activities;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software or games;
- Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward phyata staff or other Players.
phyata reserves the right to suspend, close, or permanently ban any Account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct and to forfeit any balances therein, in addition to any other remedies available under Philippine law.
09 Responsible Gaming
phyata is committed to responsible gaming and compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements. The Platform provides the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity:
- Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits settable by the Player in account settings;
- Session Time Limits: Configurable time reminders and mandatory session break tools;
- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
- Self-Exclusion: Permanent or time-limited self-exclusion from the Platform; self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Account Suspension & Termination
10.1 Suspension by phyata
phyata reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, where phyata reasonably believes that:
- The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
- The Player has provided false registration information;
- Suspicious financial or gaming activity has been detected;
- Required KYC documentation has not been provided;
- Continued operation of the Account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to phyata.
10.2 Closure by Player
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting phyata support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any positive balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions and verification requirements.
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon Account termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including sections relating to intellectual property, liability limitation, and governing law.
11 Intellectual Property
All content on the phyata Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, user interface designs, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of phyata or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, reproduce, sell, or create derivative works from any phyata content without prior written authorisation.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phyata's total liability to you in connection with the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of Player Funds deposited in your Account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phyata is not liable for any:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill;
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage;
- Loss arising from service interruption, platform downtime, or technical malfunction beyond phyata's reasonable control;
- Loss arising from your use of a third-party payment method or device to access the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits phyata's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
13 Privacy & Data Protection
phyata collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the phyata Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have rights under the Data Privacy Act including the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data — subject to legal retention obligations.
14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are required to submit disputes to phyata's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. phyata will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt. Disputes related to regulated gambling activity may also be escalated to PAGCOR through official PAGCOR complaint channels.
15 Amendments to These Terms
phyata reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the phyata Platform with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, phyata will provide reasonable prior notice via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
Continued use of the phyata Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact phyata support to close your Account.
